You have made a significant investment in your new generator system. This investment should be protected with routine maintenance that is factory recommended. In most cases this means twice a year maintenance visits for air-cooled models and once a year visits for liquid cooled models. Proper maintenance from factory trained and certified mechanics is critical to the longevity and satisfactory operation of your investment.
In addition, IES has just announced their NEW Advantage Warranty! This program is one-of-a-kind coverage for most brands of permanent, air-cooled backup generators. Our new maintenance programs range from a one visit per year to four visits per year. With the two and four visit programs, the standard factory warranty is EXTENDED, providing for parts, labor and even EMERGENCY RESPONSE.
For the Liquid-Cooled customers, we have added a second option to their standard preventative maintenance plan. They can now choose between one maintenance visit or the NEW four visit plan that consists of two maintenance visits and two check up visits. Unfortunately, at this time no extended warranty is available for the Liquid-Cooled models, except for the factory warranty. Did your generator not exercise? Did you have a power outage and your generator failed to come on? If your generator is still under factory warranty or under the IES Advantage Warranty you will be covered at no cost to you. We will file all the necessary warranty paperwork with the generator manufacturer, so you can continue to enjoy your peace of mind knowing you will be protected in a power outage.
If you are interested in maintenance or service please give us a call and ask to speak with someone regarding maintenance and service. Service call rates may apply. We do not schedule an appointment for maintenance service as it is not necessary for you to be home. We will leave a Service Report Form in your mailbox, so you will know we were there if you weren't home. Payment is due at the time of service or with a signed and returned maintenance agreement.
